That French Toast Fanatic adorned w/ Berry Good Compote, peanut butter, & Manzanilla Maple Syrup is a triumph, a great success, a victory, an achievement in Culinary Arts. The m&m Oat Cookie is not to be slept on and the Dulce de Leche Brownie is no slouch either, flavor profile, garish, whilst discernibly self-deprecating.
Menu reads like the tracklisting, of an album, that you can listen to all of the way through.
Front of house to back are assiduously attentive to exceeding expectation than any oft ignored regard.

I dont know why I keep ordering from The Monica. I guess im hoping itll live up to the hype and it never does. The almond croissant keeps shrinking and more than half of the time its stale. And I tried the fig and argula whatever it is today(pizzeria) and the flavors werent balanced at all - it was all fig and way too sweet. Like...TASTE the food once in awhile, huh? Sigh.

Rey's Risotto a new try for me, very delicious, very textural and delicious, fresh brocolini , shrimp Not too spicy. Bacon, Cheddar and Chive Scone also delish, tiny bit of sweetnes... perfect.

Austin's Tuna Sandwich arrived with toasted bread, insult to injury, when it's already stale. To the individual who prepared and or packaged this, always cut sandwiches in half, and place a stopper in and or cover the spout of all beverages.
