Already been a fan of The Dining Car for years and when I saw New I was hesitant, but I was not disappointed at all.
Chipped Beef over Toast was awesome. Everything boxed separate was perfect and tasted like it was served at the table. Northeast Breakfast Combo delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly, specifically, the bacon and sausage. Absolutely excellent. Will reorder again!

Fabulous food. The Chipped Beef over Toast is a large portion, very tasty! The toasted bread is fresh, and they provide a large amount of light, flavorful gravy.
The *Famous* Chicken Croquettes are a perfect size, golden brown breading is amazing. The meal comes with two fresh rolls, one cinnamon, one plain and three tabs of butter. Plus soup!
An absolutely wonderful dinner that stands above all other restaurants I've experienced so far.

Northeast Breakfast Combo was awesome. The pancakes are huge and fluffy. 2 Eggs Any Style Platter was also super tasty. Eggs cooked just right and the potato pancakes are just like I remember. So happy to return as a customer for one of the best breakfasts in the area!

First time ordering from The Dining Car. Absolutely wonderful experience. Food arrived fresh and beautifully presented for take out. Everything was included which is always a wonderful thing! Food was delish! You can taste the difference between homemade and processed and believe me they make their food fresh! Even the mashed potatoes were homemade and really good. Just like the previous owner this new owner makes their Jewish apple cake the same way..the only very small detail we didnt like was the homemade salad dressings...just our preference though. Overall this place is amazing! Food is first class! This is our new GO TO!

I asked for no home fries. I do not like all the uncooked potatoes. They sent them anyway and put them in with my side of 2 Eggs. The eggs were covered in uncooked potato. I threw them out because it's all they tasted like. The Sausage Gravy over Biscuits is not worth the price. The 2 biscuits are tiny and they send the gravy seperate when i would prefer it on. I live very close. But they choose not to take any notes from customers. They suran wrapped the bacon in a Styrofoam container, and the pieces taste old and hard as a rock which made them inedible. It's absolutely not worth the price. With the Chocolate Covered Strawberry French toast, instead of putting the chocolate on it, they sent a super tiny container of it that barely covered a few bites. the Slice of Black & White Cake was dry and tasteless. Waste of money.
