I just love this place so much. Everything is always fresh, warm, delicious, well portioned, delicious, just wonderful. Cobblers are all fantastic. Banana puddings are fantastic. Belgian waffles are FANTASTIC. Brownies are fantastic. I mean honestly, everything is just really good.

I love this store! I don't know what is in these CHOC CHOCOLATE CHIP BELGIAN WAFFLE and CHERRY BELGIAN WAFFLE but they are SOOOOOOO good. Nice and flaky, good amount of toppings, crunchy and soft at the same time, just delicious! I order frequently and I'm NEVER disappointed with my items. Peach cobbler factory is my go to for sweets. So worth the money. I will order again and again!

The cobblers are absolutely delicious but the puddings are basic and just banana pudding with toppings. Still good, I was just expecting flavors other than banana for those prices.
