The Chinese eggplant Banh Mi was delicious! Toasty, crunchy, perfect amount of veg. I would've liked more Chinese eggplant and sauce on there for the price paid. The veggie egg rolls were delicious! I think the pork ones were slightly bigger but both have a great flavour. My only critique is quantity for price, but im sure ingredients costs + it being a food truck drives up price a bit.

The food was phenomenal. I find myself having a difficult time finding anything on their menu that I dont end up liking. A must try!
