We had no idea that building a wood-fired oven in our backyard would set off a sequence of events that began with 'Wood Fire…
The seafood Delizie Dal Mare Pizza was just fantastic!!! Everything about it checked all the boxes, perfectly cooked, crispy base, seafood was noice and the cheese...oh my the cheese! The Ragu Pasta was also delicious though could have used a touch of seasoning. I have been a chef for a long time and know how to spot and taste quality. This is quality! A+

The two pizzas ordered, Sicilian Pizza (Small) and Capricciosa Pizza (Small) were not to usual standard. Thin, hard overcooked crust with toppings to match. Unfortunate.. is usually better.
