The fish and other ingredients are fresh, however, relative to other poke restaurants I've tried the portions are quite small.

The poke was interesting, the spicy tuna had a smokey flavor I'm not used to and I think people will either love it or hate it. Its certainly unique. The sauces I requested were either applied very lightly or left off completely as I did not pick up any of the flavor of sesame or ponzu.
The boneless wings I got as an add on had a nice flavor (classic buffalo) but one was comically small.

Waited 2+ hours for the most mid poke. Also got the fried which were cold & soggy , tried them & even hot they wouldn't be good. Dissapointing.

it had no cheese just Cheetos with the fries and the fries tasted really stale and cold
