Filet Mignon it was medium well pink in the middle. I usually like it just medium. I didn't indicate, so it came that way. Otherwise, good entree.

The Ribbon is our go-to. Everything is always top-notch, from the steak, to the Amish chicken, the lobster and scallops, the oysters. Some special treats are the buffalo cauliflower, and Ribbon chips. It's all good!
