The Jalapeno Burger and Pot Roast were just delicious.the Kids Burger was surprisingly big and eaten right up.

I ordered the salmon with no potatoes and a side of brussel sprouts to join the accompanying asparagus. The salmon (phonetic spelling sa m'n) wasn't bad, it's just not as good as the redfish. Stick with the redfish. They sent a balsamic reduction with the BSs, but it was awfully sweet, making me suspect they'd added sugar. It was also shiny and thick suggesting added cornstarch. The lemon butter sauce was thick and gloppy suggesting not well incorporated flour. I avoided both of these and simply used my home mixed ranch. I use Hidden Valley Restaurant Style Ranch mix and it has 0 carbs.

The tortillas from the chicken tacos tasted bought from the store, mashed potatoes from the chicken poblano was dry, and the pizza taste like a frozen pizza. Nonetheless the chicken was good but just nothing special about this place really. Plus the pictures are pretty deceiving.
