I ordered the salmon with no potatoes and a side of brussel sprouts to join the accompanying asparagus. The salmon (phonetic spelling sa m'n) wasn't bad, it's just not as good as the redfish. Stick with the redfish. They sent a balsamic reduction with the BSs, but it was awfully sweet, making me suspect they'd added sugar. It was also shiny and thick suggesting added cornstarch. The lemon butter sauce was thick and gloppy suggesting not well incorporated flour. I avoided both of these and simply used my home mixed ranch. I use Hidden Valley Restaurant Style Ranch mix and it has 0 carbs.

I ordered the redfish. I've ordered it before but this time no jambalaya and 1 shrimp. Very disappointed.

I got the the Button's Blackened Redfish. I asked about Keith Hicks, former chef and part owner of the now closed Button's Restaurant in the Chapel Hill Shopping Center, but the maitre d couldn't tell me why this dish was named Button's Blackened Redfish and had never heard of Keith Hicks. No matter, the fish was excellent. I axed the flour thickened cream sauce and the jambalaya and added a side of collard greens to go with the already included asparagus and grilled 🍒s.
