Shakes were delicious but they did forget the large straws that's the only minor down side.

They did not fill up our milkshakes. They were rude to my doordasher. Rude to me on the phone. Didnt get a full shake. It was half empty basically. I told the store manager on the phone and he was very rude and disrespectful on the phone. Very disrespectful to our doordasher. Paid almost 25$ for 2 shakes that were not full and half empty.

Paper straws... with how thick the shake was it's nearly impossible to suck through the straw. Because it's paper you just get air. Ended up eating with a spoon

The shake was alright, but it had a steak n'shake sticker on the top... So either this place is actually Steak n' Shake or someone's trolling
