Awful, disappointing experience. The Smith Burger was NOT cooked as requested: One burger completely overcooked, the other came with ingredients that we asked to be excluded. The beef quality was very poor, especially for a $24 burger - it tastes like processed fast-food. The Smith also took FOREVER to complete the bad order - almost 2 hours!

• DoorDash orderNY Strip was small for the $49 price tag, but tasty. Fries don't carry well. website does not allow substitutions. We order add sides just in case. We may be too far from the restaurant because food needed to be warmed, but overall very good. Will order again.
