The 4 Bone Spare Ribs Plate and Kids Pork Sliders was delicious. The spare ribs were tender, seasoned very well and sufficient amount for a large dinner portion. The Smoke Pit restaurant always provides delicious meals regardless of what's ordered from the menu. I recommend this restaurant for the BBQ, Macaroni, BBQ beans and Sweet potato casserole.

I ordered the 3 meat with 2 sides! Let me tell you something. I've been to Dickey's and gotten the 3 meat and was still hungry... THIS RESTAURANT, however, did not disappoint! The meat was tender, well seasoned, flavorful even without the sauce! They gave me so much food. I felt like I owed them more money! 10/10 RECOMMEND! If y'all read this and think I'm bullshitting, try it yourselves!

The brisket was everything. It was moist & very tasty. The sides were great, too. Never had cheesy corn before but it was surp really good. The Banana Pudding* lacked substance. It was 97% loose pudding, with 3 wafers and probably 2 slices of banana.

This is 1 out of only 3 Restaurants on DoorDash ( and others) in Salisbury that actually exceed expectations on taste, temperature, portion and presentation. This is the #1 smoked/BBQ meat in Salisbury & possibly the Nation. This is the best value on DoorDash (and others) considering the cost/value of food per pound, because of the large portions, and because you don't have to deal with inedible poorly cooked food; since it is all cooked perfectly. I would give 10 stars, If I could, because they are consistently exceeding expectations.
All of the food has tasted fresh, Homemade and high quality every single time.
I've had the Large Pulled Chicken Dinner Bama style, Large Sausage Dinner , PBT Sliders , Pulled pork, Sliced Brisket, Smoked Turkey, French Fries, Sweet Potato Casserole, Homemade Baked Mac-n-Cheese, Corn bread, hush Puppies.

The BBQ Salad is SO delicious! I had 6 Wings with Dragon sauce, and they were so huge, and tender. I had food for two days! My only gripe is the food is expensive, in addition to delivery cost, not something I'd do often.
