1st Place Rib Plate (Half Slab) no wonder they got award for the rib. Juicy, tasty and easily cut.
Side dish also superbly prepared.

Just wasn't worth the money spent on it. The portions were super small. The food was decent but for what I spent and for what i got I just wasnt pleased with it. Seems like a try in person type of place

I got the Pit Boss to try a few things and have leftovers for the weekend. First up, the brisket. So tender and flavorful. I had asked for BBQ sauce in case it was dry but I didn't end up needing it. The Burnt Ends were OK. Not bad by a long shot, but also not the best I've had either. The ribs however, we're delicious. I've had bad luck finding good ribs the past few years and lemme tell you. These were so tender and flavorful. Will definitely be ordering these again. Now on to the sides. The mashed potatoes were sooo good. I'm used to being served dry clumpy potatoes, but these were smooth and creamy. And the onion flavor was great. On the other hand, the Mac and cheese was not good. I like Mac and cheese and I like pimento cheese. But something about them both being in this dish was off. The noodles were mushy and overall it was sour tasting. Not a fan. Last but certainly not least, the Caramelized Banana Pudding. So good it makes you wanna slap ya momma. I wish I had a gallon of it

The pit boss certainly feeds 2 and gives you a nice variety.
