I was so surprised by how good the half rack 1st place ribs were. The meat was just falling off the bone, fresh and tender. The cornbread was great and the collards were perfect. Boiled with the stems and branches removed. No sugar or phony flavoring added to the greens. Very authentic. Alabama style. What a find the Smoke Shop was!

I always like the food here. The chicken is always right and the fries always crispy(and their wings DOPE). I got the Pulled BBQ Chicken Plate but seems like they give half what they use to give. At this price I probably should have order the chicken basket. Way more chicken. Hopefully this wa an oversight. Food is always tasty.

Good Portion. Great taste. The mac and cheese was good. The fries were a bit salty. The wings were cooked well, a little less spicy would be perfect but still good. The ribs are nicely flavored, just good be a bit more tender so it slids easily off the bone.

I got the Pit Boss to try a few things and have leftovers for the weekend. First up, the brisket. So tender and flavorful. I had asked for BBQ sauce in case it was dry but I didn't end up needing it. The Burnt Ends were OK. Not bad by a long shot, but also not the best I've had either. The ribs however, we're delicious. I've had bad luck finding good ribs the past few years and lemme tell you. These were so tender and flavorful. Will definitely be ordering these again. Now on to the sides. The mashed potatoes were sooo good. I'm used to being served dry clumpy potatoes, but these were smooth and creamy. And the onion flavor was great. On the other hand, the Mac and cheese was not good. I like Mac and cheese and I like pimento cheese. But something about them both being in this dish was off. The noodles were mushy and overall it was sour tasting. Not a fan. Last but certainly not least, the Caramelized Banana Pudding. So good it makes you wanna slap ya momma. I wish I had a gallon of it

Great Burnt Ends Plate, I wish extra BBQ sauce when paying for extra actually came with a full container and not just an inch off the bottom. Great flavors, the kick for the beans was a nice addition!
