I have been living in south Texas for 7 years ansi travel all over texas . I am from Central NM, and never do I find anything that tastes like NM food like what I just ate, the Chile Colorado burrito!!! OMG it was amazing! The tortilla was good the seasoning was perfect!!!
Beef Flautas were amazing also, hand rolled and cooked per order.... I am gettif breakfast also!

WOW!!! Now I know exactly why so many people say these are the best nachos in the city! They are incredibly delicious! My family ordered a few other entrees, and everything exceeded our expectations. After hearing about this iconic local establishment from friends, the bar was set very high... and trust me, The Tap did not disappoint! Highly recommend!!

Lately, the food has been disappointing. Bean tostadas were stacked, causing them to stick together. The shrimp cocktail one was good. The other two were like they threw ketchup in containe, very thick. This place never disappoints... maybe it's a new cook.

Mexican Plate No. 1 I took a bite of the chile relleno and spit it out. I figured it was just the chile relleno so I took a bite of each item but I was wrong, THE WHOLE THING WAS DISGUSTING. I am removing this store from my favorites list!!
