• DoorDash orderThis is my family and I favorite restaurant. First time doing doordash. Everything was perfect, but we did not receive the chips and salsa. That is no fault of the driver. He handled the whole order very carefully and was very polite. We did not notice the chips and salsa was missing until we brought it into the house and unpacked everything. The tortilla factory is still an amazing place to eat. I always recommend it. And it is understandable that some things get missed, so I am still happy with the service and the food.
