I love ordering from here please bring back the egg rolls! Everything from this restaurant is 10/10 I am always left satisfied and the crew is the friendliest people ever. They treat you like if you're at home. Seafood Gumbo is my favorite entree.

I irder the Chicken & Sausage Gumbo with the Boudin Balls. I can still taste the fire from that roux. Amazing taste. Chicken was tender and the sausage was plump. Boudin wasn't to my liking. To each his own.

Imagine being from Louisiana , living in Texas on a cool rainy day craving but don't feel like cooking! I seen the name Thibodeaux's and instantly thought " They know how to cook, thats a south LA name" I gave them a try and it was exactly as I imagine Chicken & Sausage Gumbo and the Boudin Balls was just as good -CountryGirlfromEunice iykyk

Glad to finally see more options on the daily special. Hold back on the pepper in the vegetables! The boudain egg rolls were undercooked and very small.

Shrimp etoufee has more sausage than shrimp and the sauce is unseasoned tomato sauce. Very disappointing.
