(Probably as I ordered 10 mins before they closed and I guess they forgot! Not holding it against them as I will order the Beef Brisket again :-) )

The burger was red raw, after requesting it to be cooked well done. It was actually inedible. When I contacted the restaurant politely expressing my concerns, the manager was extremely rude and abusive and proceeded to lecture me on how meat should be eaten. Absolutely appalling.
