Why is it called 3 pickles but they dont give a pickles with their sandwiches? If its's supposed to be like a NY deli, you always get free pickles with sammies bad form. Also, I asked for ranch & petrinos dressing on the side but only got petrinos.

Everything was great and I received exactly what I ordered. Other than the "can of coke" I have no complaints about my order. What I would like to know though is why the option to write in specific directions for what type of drink I want or something specific for my sandwich order like the au jus being on the side of the guacho sandwich was taken away? Other than that every thing was great.
