Both drinks came in paper cups, cups you would normally use for hot drinks (I ordered cold). The tapioca was nice and soft, but the drinks leave a lot to be desired, I'm sad to say. the dark chocolate drink was too....bitter for my taste, chocolate-wise (I had the sure at 50%, it's always been a good level when ordering other boba drinks). The black sugar latte just tasted like cold coffee.

Whoever delivered this genuinely a bad human being, if you are going to spill half of my order atleast have the decency to tell me about it beforehand and not act like the order was okay.
