2nd time ordering this Garlic Lime Shrimp Bowl . This time it wasn't great at all. It was hardly any rice in the bowl, it wasn't fresh. The sauce tasted like vinegar. The beans were mushy.
The best part of the meal were the Churro Fries 8/10. Would've been a 10 however they were a little on the greasy side. That's all I got !

The quesadilla was extremely salty to being inedible. The chips tasted old and although crispy just had a flavor of last month. On a positive note, the queso was delicious.
Will not order from Tiuana Flats again.
