The chicken soup has changed a lot. I'd recommend not adding the chicken if you're going to order it. It was 80% chicken and the chicken was chunky and had an odd texture. The broth and veggies were good, and the donut was as well.

Drinks are always good and fresh as usual but do not waste your money on their loaded bowls… my bowl has half empty covered w one slice of lettuce.. it was good to taste but max 2 bites !

Received a pretty burned bagel that was smothered in cream cheese and my Original Iced Coffee had more ice than actual coffee. The loaded bowl was also pretty filled with ranch sauce.

missing half my order and the food is cold despite it being only a few blocks away (if I wasn't working I would've got it myself). the new Ryan’s Scrambled Eggs Loaded Breakfast Box – Double Stacked is yummy though!! just wish I got my coffee and hashbrown
