this location gets my order right about half of the time. I've received the wrong items, had items missing, and had add-ons (extra mayo, cheese on Large BLT Sandwich, whipped cream on iced capp) not included despite paying extra for them. this has happened not just once or twice, but several times.
speaking of their Large BLT Sandwich, it often arrives with burnt bread and not cut in half as it should be. I'd imagine the same applies for their other sandwiches. I've also had it arrive with the cheese in a separate bag instead of on the sandwich itself.
it's unfortunate that this location is the closest one to me that's available. I can't believe that they continue to operate this way; surely I'm not the only one this is happening to.

The hot chocolate was horrible, so watered down I didn't even drink it. The bacon in the farmers wrap was really fatty. Probably the worst Tims I've ever had.

This location is always super slow and the food and drinks I order are cold, or missing an item. This time they gave me the wrong donut, and the donut I was given all the chocolate came off and stuck to the bag. Coffee was cold and the rest of the food was cold. I don't know why I still order from this location when I know I'm going to receive underwhelming food.

I ordered the Mocha Iced Latte with additional espresso cold foam, however when I received it there was no espresso cold foam on it. Even the Caramel Toffee Cold Brew With Espresso-Infused Foam was too sweet ad we could not taste the coffee at all.
