the Coffee Mocha tasted a little off, almost like it was a mix of water, coco powder and coffee, even though this is my second time ordering this drink, the first time was perfect
the Bagels was cold and hard, even when i asked for it to be extra hot

I would never order from this tims again... I paid for things I did not get... th only thing that was right about my order was my coffee. everything else was wrong. basically I paid 25 buck for a coffee because all the food was unedible... even though that places a busy spot the employees really need to read the orders correctly. very disappointed with the order and hopingpeople read this so they know to not oderrom this tim hortons.Simply Sausage Biscuit Bagels Hash Brown all wrong ! the hashbrowns were raw. o ordered bacon on my bagel didn't get it the other bagel toasted with extra butter wasn't toasted and hardly any butter and hard as a rock. the simply sausage biscuit was also hard as a rock. disgusting 🤢

It's the second time that one of my items is missing. Sometimes getting wrong items through the driveway, and sometimes getting the Ice Capp without a straw. Disappointed with the customer service here.
