There is one person who works here who ensures every order is correct. They package items well and substitute accordingly. They even leave the sweetest notes letting you know they were out of something . Then there are the rest who give zero hekks about your order. The Original Blend Coffee is never right, and the dark roast is always watered down.

They were out of the Boston Cream, so they gave me chocolate dipped. I Hate dipped!
I also ordered Chocolate Glazed. They should have given me glazed, or reimbursed me. This is not the first time that they've done this! The good thing about this order? the Steeped Tea was Actually Hot! impressive
