Oh Tim Hortons, disappointing as per usual. Bagels not cut, they spread the cream cheese on like a thin layer of butter, and I could prop my tv stand on top of the Hash Brown given how hard they were. It's just sad at this point.

Not only did they not send me my soup but the size of the grilled cheese sandwich was half as big as it normally is they didn't have the everything twist and was going to cancel the order and made the driver call me.... they should call me if they want to substitute... this service is not in expensive so i shouldn't have these issues given how much i spend.

No whipping cream that I could taste or see in the French vanilla that I ordered, coffee was very bitter

Two herb garlic pastry are uncooked raw dough I called I reported disappointing! And ice vanilla coffee has no vanilla syrups as I asked to have two drops? No flavor of vanilla why not? Disappointed
