I ordered the pumpkin Pumpkin Spice Iced Capp but the store called and said they didn't have pumpkin so I asked them to give me a Mocha iced capp instead and the lady confirmed Mocha and I was fine with that what arrived was a caramel iced capp. I've ordered quite a bit from them but the last few times I've had issues so I won't be ordering again.

The tea tasted like hot water from a pot that previously had coffee and might have had a tea bag dunked in it for less than 5 seconds. Coffee however was fine.

wish I could give negative stars. I ordered 2 Chocolate Chip Muffins with a lunch order and instead got 2 muffins that are garbage. if you don't have what's ordered , remove , not replace it 5 dollar loss for me. Worst Tim Hortons on island. changing my store location.

drinks were 3/4 full (could have spilled on the ride), and Hash Brown was quite crispy, not burnt but bordering it. In the end the food was good and the drinks were drunk.
