I always get a dozen donuts for my team and they come on time and hot everytime! Super satisfied with everytime I order!

I ordered an iced capp and recieved some kind of iced coffee that's not even mixed, not sweet at all and just gross. I love tim Hortons usually but they've been decreasing in quality and customer standards for the last 6 months at least. I don't know whats going on but that drink was too expensive to not even remotely get it right. get it together.

The Chocolate Dip Donuts were dry and tasted stale like they were at least a day old, and instead of Honey Dip Donuts I got chocolate glazed donuts which my kids don't like. Super disappointed! I should have ordered from one of the local donut shops instead.

I paid 9 dollars for a BLT with literally no bacon lol???
The iced coffee with Nutella cold foam, with regular cold foam?
Everytime I get something from this timhortons it's wrong. You could have least put a note in there saying you were out or refunded me for the lack of things I ordered. It seems this location is always out of everything or puts little effort in to preparing food/drinks.

The breakfast sandwiches were cold and had the wrong type of egg on them. We didnt receive the hash browns. The assorted timbit packs were all glazed holes nothing else! The $60 order was only worth the price of the coffee $20!
