Ranch and buffalo sauce, while popular condiments, clashed with the gyro's inherent Mediterranean flavors. A more fitting pairing would have been a creamy garlic white sauce and a vibrant red chili sauce, mirroring the classic tzatziki and spicy sauce found on traditional gyros. This would have provided a more cohesive and culturally relevant taste profile.
One minor point to note was the dryness of the chicken on the pizza. Perhaps a slightly different preparation method could enhance its succulence.
