• DoorDash orderThe Spinach Dip was awesome, but the star of the show was Bev's Smothered Chicken and Rice. Being from Louisiana, I have never tasted anything in Houston that has remind me so much of home. The honey cornbread was so sweet & moist. I rarely write reviews, but I had to for this meal. The Mango Lemon Drop just topped it off. 10/10 would recommend!

• DoorDash orderThe Collard Greens with Smoked Turkey, Rice and Cornbread was too salty cou eat them, there only a sm am of rice and the lemonade was so sour could drink it.This was a wast of my money, I won't order from ther again.

• DoorDash orderFood is AMAZING! Both the ribs and collard greens were seasoned to perfection. I'm always weary of delivery orders because often they're not prepared as well as if you ate in the restaurant but this one got it right! The Strawberry Lemon Drop just took the experience to another level!

• DoorDash orderUnbelievably awesome food! The food was perfectly seasoned. The Bev's Smothered Chicken and Rice had fall off the bone chicken. The greens impeccable BUT one drawback....there were what looked like neck bones in it. A big turn off for me, but will try it again in hopes they really look for the bones before serving it. Also ordered the Triple Soaked Vodka Gummy Bears. Can definitely taste the vodka! Good to have in the fridge!
I would reorder this food as long as there's no bones in it. Oh, and the smoked turkey was awesome!

• DoorDash orderWhere do I even start? Everything was delicious. The choice to use Tiger Prawns in the Everything Gumbo was an excellent choice. The subtle hints of crab also was great. I'd pay for extra crab or to have a crab leg in the Everything Gumbo. Now the Collard Greens with Smoked Turkey, Rice and Cornbread? I barely used the hot sauce that was given. It was so good, the ability to cook a home-cooked meal in a restaurant/store environment is impressive. This is the best store bought Everything Gumbo and Collard Greens with Smoked Turkey, Rice and Cornbread I've ever had out here.
The drinks were tasty! I was gone after my Peach Sidecar, lol I didn't even make it to the Mango Lemon Drop. My boyfriend actually like the Choco Old Fashionedlate, which I got on accident for him - he also didn't touch his Bourbon Lemonade yet.
p.s., please consider selling a pan of the cornbread -
