This is my second time ordering the Bánh Kẹp - Waffles and Bánh Mì with spicy tofu and it's still amazing and delicious and perfect!! I tried the Strawberry Black Tea and wowwwww it's the best boba tea I've ever had . It's not too sweet and the strawberry flavor is just super yummy and fresh. Well done guys!!!

A place that isn't afraid of seasoning! Tira's sauce is like a medley of sesame and soy sauce and is a perfect balance but the grilled chicken is VERY well seasoned on its own. Everything is flavorful. it feels like a homecooked meal

The Tiramisu milk tea is so good (I added tapioca pearls) ! It's a perfect combo of tiramisu and boba!! The chicken ( Extra meat) is super moist and well seasoned too :)
