The Bibimbap was so very delicious! I loved the fried rice on the bottom too. The bell pepper and red onion are a wonderful touch. The cucumber salad had the perfect amount of spiciness. Loved the Thai tea too. Keep up the great work!

OMG! Most delicious potstickers! As a Cantonese-American, I grew up eating Chinese food made at home or with my family at restaurants in Chinatown.
It's been so hard to find good potstickers in Napa, and it's time consuming to make my own. Not only did they look exactly like the picture, but they are so crispy and delicious. These are the best I've had in Napa. Will definitely order again. 5 stars just for the potstickers, though the rest of my order was tasty as well.
Also, they gave a free order of vegetarian congee for to honor the New Year. Such a nice touch!

I order the TJ Bibimbap & a Thai Tea . The flavors of the bowl itself all came together really nicely. The portion size was also pretty filling. My egg however was over cooked. A little yolk would've been a nice touch considering the plate doesn't come with any sauce/soy sauce. I would've given 5 stars. I'm not a huge fan of sippy cup lids on beverages, however the Thai tea was bomb and I drank it quick ! Over all pleased w order

This is the third repurchase, and I have bought this xiaolongbao next to the car and also chosen the delivery option.
The boss Jing come from Shandong China who married American gentleman Thomas, that’s why the name is TJ dimsum.
Jing is exceptionally skilled in making pastries. This Xiaolongbao is an elevation of traditional Xiaolongbao, pan-fried buns, and soup dumplings. The bottom is crispy, and the outer skin is soft. When you take a bite, the soup from the meat filling splashes out, so I recommend taking a small bite first, drinking the soup, and then savoring the other half.
The addition of ginger and scallions eliminates the pork's gamy smell and enhances the flavor tremendously. The meat filling has been thoroughly mixed and pounded for a long time, making it incredibly firm.
Once you take a bite, you won't be able to stop. I shared them with my friends at a party, and everyone praised them and asked me for the purchasing information. I feel like I've discovered a treasure, so I absolutely recommend it!
