TJ's Heros Shop primarily uses premium meats and cheeses, as well as high-quality products from local merchants.
Every visit to TJ's Heroes store is essential to us because we want you to have a nice …
Food is top notch. The fees, however are EXORBITANT. The Doordash fees themselves are crazy. $18+? Insane. But TJ's charging $7.00 more for a roll instead of a half hero? They're the same size. $7.00 more for a wrap? A wrap is SMALLER than a half hero. Why am I paying more?

Everything we order is always delicious. Today, I tried the Beef Barley Soup, and it was amazing! Their menu offerings are consistently good!

We have always enjoyed the food from TJ'S. The 5. Tuna BLT Wrap and the I4. Salami, Pepperoni, Capicola, & Provolone Wrap are always well prepared and delicious 😋!

I could not say enough about how good this Hero shop is, my go to sandwichs are the T20. Louisiana Lighting and the T14. Super Steak, the stealth sauce and bread are complimentary to the always cooked perfectly chicken , fresh tomatoes , lettuce and onions on the T20. Louisiana Lighting , and the gravy and roast beef are ridiculously delicious on the T14. Super Steak!! The owner's the Moore brothers are awesome guys , truly great community guys and are-always giving back in one way or another., wether donating to local causes and fund raisers or showing support in local golf outings, or even donating food in the years past , they have done it all for the community , you almost always see the TJ Hero name on all cummunitybusiness supporting functions. A small hero shop with a few employees many years ago grew to an icon in the community cementing a permanent fixture in the history of the neighborhood with a brand new state of the art building erected a few years back by another icon in the community contractor Frankie Danmeyer, who's father Frank Danmeyer Sr (rip) was a local contractor and frank Jr took his handed down knowledge and brought his own company to greater heights, it's only fitting that TJ's again allows a local community business to get to add their business on his resume on a sure to be future historical building. With two or more locations supporting over 60 employees .TJ hero is a true rocky balboa story of where an underdog rises to the top and has done so by hard work and determination , never forgetting its core values and its commitment to being and doing its best for its customers. No matter what you order from breakfast specials, wings or their hands down best heros on Long Island, you will never be let down, so tell me , why are you still reading ? You should be ordering a hero!!!

The only thing stopping us from ordering here weekly is all the fees. $17+ dollars in fees just for our order. Sandwiches are good, but not worth the extra expenses. :(
