Be aware!! This is going to be a thorough review.
The fries were good, crispy, and crunchy, which is impressive considering this was a delivery order. The biscuit was still buttery and soft, with no unpleasant aftertaste, which was a pleasant surprise.
Now, let’s talk about the chicken. Unfortunately, it was very underwhelming. First, the sizing was bizarre, the drumsticks were absolutely massive, almost on their way to becoming turkey legs, while the thighs were some of the smallest and flattest I’ve ever seen. It seems like these chickens were either pumped with hormones or something else just isn’t right with how they’re raised. The odd sizing alone was a red flag.
As for the flavor, it left a lot to be desired. The chicken was crispy, but I could barely taste any seasoning. It reminded me more of fried chicken from a grocery store than a well-seasoned meal from a restaurant. It seemed like the main seasoning was just salt, and even that wasn’t particularly well-balanced.
Now, about the spicy chicken, there was no spice. I couldn’t even tell which pieces were supposed to be spicy. I was expecting some heat, but honestly, even black pepper has more kick than what I got. They should consider offering a spicy sauce or actually incorporating some heat into their seasoning.
Overall, the fries and biscuit were solid, but the chicken needs serious improvement. They should focus on sourcing better-quality chicken and enhancing the seasoning. If I order again, it’ll only be for the fries and biscuit, you can find better-quality chicken with actual flavor elsewhere.
The one star is for the fries and biscuit. The main part of the meal gets a 0.

the Crinkle Cut Fries were soggy and the Crunchy Cheese Curds were undwecooked/more ranch-y than "buttery"

Jsus the spicy oil was terrible, the chicken was dry not just at all, and the the coating wasnt even crispy.
