1. The Mekong (Grilled Pork) with extra meat + fried egg (no mayo, no pate) meat was tender and a savory sweet taste with the spice of jalapeños was delicious. Veggies were crisp (yay) and sauce was good.
It was a little messy -- in a good way, just be cautious of dripping sauce (next time i'll try without egg to see if bread absorbs better)
Kumquat and basil seed Jasmine tea "less sweet" This is so far out of my food/beverage comfort zone (bleh -bubble tea texture and sweet teas ) I was pleasantly surprised with it. The taste is really refreshing ...but I could do without the seeds

6. The Ha Long Bay (Grilled Beef) was a little heavy on pickled vegetables, and the jalapeños appear to be pickled and not fresh cut; as such texture was a touch wet overall. Good portion size overall. Taste is definitely distinctive compared to other bahn mi in town, good but not outstanding. 4A. Coconut Coffee (ordered less sweet) was a generous portion and robust in flavor!

So delicious!! Highly recommend!! My sandwich was crispy and veggies were fresh, tofu was sauteed to perfection. I also ordered the kumquat and basil drink which was scrumptious and paired perfectly with the sandwich.

sooo good the milk tesblack bobs everything perfectly properly built bahni mi and some of the freshest bahn mi ive ever had in this town.
The grilled pork (the #1) bahn mi is one of my favorite good day lunches

The beef/pork banh mi was fantastic. Great ratio of protein and veggies. I didnt particularly enjoy the pickled jalapeños-- I prefer normal ones. I prefer bread that doesn't tear up the roof of my mouth and their baguette was toasted perfectly for my liking.
