This was my favorite sandwich shop like 4 months ago, but the last 3 times I've ordered, the sandwiches have either been made incorrectly or were just absolutely inedible. And the pasta salad was amazing and now- it's overcooked mush and clearly not made daily. It's mealy and gritty and just borderline rancid. It's a shame. Whatever changed, needs to be changed back.
