The Yellowtail Collar appetizer is absolutely incredible. Very fresh, perfectly cooked and well garnished The Tonkotsu Ramen is better than most, though I'd like to see an option to add more ingredients. I understand as this is not a Ramen specific restaraunt and it might not make sense to do so, but if the items to be added are already utilized in your other menu dishes, it might prove to create additional revenue while offering a greater selection to your Clientele. The broth arrived hot and perfectly seasoned, and the additional ingredients were fresh with Al Dente noodles. Big win! The Hamachi Sashimi was fresh and tasty Garlic Edamame tasted like it as reheated multiple times

Everyth was delicious but the egg rolls were undercooked. I think they needed to be fried a little longer. But I will definitely go again.

You know the food is going to be good when you see a perfectly soft boiled egg. The yellow tail nigiri was incredibly fresh and delicious. My wife drank almost all of the Udon Broth before I could even add the other ingredients. Would like ingredient optional add-ons for the Ramen, like corn, bamboo etc. That said, the Tongotsu ramen was good... especially with the perfectly executed soft boiled egg. The garlic edamame doesn't skimp on garlic. My daughter liked her Miso soup and California roll... and she's picky!

Everything was perfect Rib plate, Chicken Teri plate and caterpillar roll. However the calamari was not edible🥺 deep fried TOO long.
