First the pork ribs were the best I've ever had hands down!!!! Flavorful, tender and almost fell of the bone perfectly. The brisket was tender and delicious to. The collar greens had the perfect salinity and the mac and cheese with its creamy texture cut wonderfully with them. I am a believer. Do you need an apprentice?

Pleasantly surprised. Brisket was juicy, sausage had solid flavor. BBQ sauce was good too. I'll run it back for sure. I'd post a photo but it's all gone lol.
