good portions, nice seasoned crust on the catfish. would order again.

Where to start... the brisket was dry, the rib tips overcooked, a pittance of BBQ poured messily in the container. green beans were atrocious and the cornbread was mediocre at best. Will never order food from here again.

Full Slab Dinner was very good. So tender the meat just fell off the bones. no sauce needed in my opinion.
Chicken Dinner (1/4) meat tasty but not as good as ribs. missing the mashed potatoes and gravy so that sucked.
Mesquite Smoked Baked Potato WOW! Its huge! onions were cut waaaay too big for a potato, but other than having to add tons of butter and at least twice as much sour cream it was good.
Red Beans & Rice Waaaay too spicy for me or anyone in my family so they went in the trash. Also, just so you know, they were VERY soupy. Like they deliberately made red beans and rice soup instead of a side of red beans and rice. Red beans and rice definitely should not be soupy. Maybe Tom's needs someone from the south to teach them how to make their most southern style of foods.
To conclude, we would come here for the ribs, chicken and the Mesquite Smoked Baked Potato but we would skip all the sides.

I ordered two Meat Combos: ribs and a Hot Link. The ribs still had the membrane, and the link was hard and dry. The loaded BBQ Potato Chicken was chopped and dry, with no sauce.

The Fish and Fish and Shrimp Combo Dinner was fresh and tasty. The Hush Puppies are delicious, light and airy. They remind me of Grandma's made from scratch.
