The ddeok-bok-ki is delicious! I wish they could fry the (perfectly crisp and fluffy) fries in that sweet soya garlic sauce. The tongdak red burger was an absolute delight as well - not very spicy, but very flavourful! The pickles and fried onions are a very welcome topper on a great burger. The yang-nyeum fried chicken was less sweet than I expected, and only slightly spicy; but the taste was very refined. The sauce played a wide array of flavours with a few stand-out strong notes. The chicken itself was fried perfectly on both the tongdak and the burger - definitely cooked through, but still soft and packing plenty of juice. I look forward to trying the rest of their menu!
