The fried shrimp was fried with a coating but they didn't peel the shrimp so you couldn't eat the breading.

I've eaten at this restaurant many times and done takeout. The food from this door dash delivery wasn't as good. the fried wonton looked and tasted like it had been leftover and refried, and the shu mai had grisslely things in it that couldn't be chewed. The Potstickers were good, but the delivery order didn't include any sauce or vinegar. And you can't order their hot sauce through Door Dash. The Shrimp & Chives Dumpling were the best thing that came in this order.
