I normally love Torchy's, but today the chips were stale and the oil they cooked it in tasted dirty. The taco was much smaller than usual and the queso tasted off. There was also no straw and the soda cup was half full. Chalking it up to an off day, but disappointing.

I first tried this establishment in Charlottesville, VA and was so impressed with the quality and portion size of the torched bowl. So, l ordered DoorDash for lunch today. The Moontower Bowl was delicious but, some of my favorite ingredients were missing and the portion size was much smaller. Come on Rockville, MD do better!

I ordered a trailer park taco and a Mexican Coke. When the order arrived it was just the Trailer Park which were warm at Best, and the Mexican Coke was not included, even though it was clearly on the receipt on the bag. Also, the sauces that were part of the tacos leaked out of their container and completely soaked through the bag ripping a small hole in it. If the driver hadn't seen it, there would've been a chance the whole thing could've ripped open
