Beef fajita tacos so salty, I couldn't finish even one. Ordered 3. Also so greasy, the bag disintegrated. No pico on any of them either. Awful! $42 with tip and delivery for 3 tacos and a chips and queso! Disgusting!

The chicken quesadillas were tiny and didnt have chicken in them and the brushfire had COLD chicken (yes I had it delivered but it was not even warm and the delivery guy took 12 minutes from the store) and there was no sour cream and minimal mango. Not the best experience this time around

Everything was cold despite the driver getting it to me with hing minutes of it becoming available at the store since I live so close which indicates it was not the driver's fault at all. What further confirms that is the shredded cheese on the Trailer Park was not even slightly melted and cold.
They forgot the sauce for the Scratch-Made Churros , they gave me a regular Trailer Park instead of making it trashy despite me ordering that and one of the sauces lids wasn't on properly and just leaked all over everything. Absolutely horrible.
I haven't had torchy's in years as I am in town from after moving away and this is just pathetic, I hope this isn't indicative of the general status of this chain.

The Tipsy Chick without cheese and bacon marmalade Is the best thing on their menu. Grilled chicken, grilled corn, green chilies and spinach. Super healthy, super yummy. Five stars on that one

Ordered a taco bowl, a taco, chips and queso. $30. Worth of food. What we got was $5.00 worth of food. Arrived cold. The beef fajita bowl had two strips of meat and the rest was onions and peppers. It fit inside a ramekin bowl (that's like 1/4 cup of food. Will NEVER order from here again. If you want Torchy's, best to go in person.
