I find Toro Burger to be hands down The Best place for burgers in El Paso .
The quantity quality and service is unmatched anywhere else .
My personal favorite is The Blue Burger . I have had a few and they are consistently superb every time .
That saying ALL of their burgers that I have sampled at other times were just as mouth watering and delicious as well including evertime I have ordered on Dooor Dash for home delivery as well.

The Border Burger and the Onion Rings were very good. You could really taste the chorizo in the burger. Very tasty. The onion rings were good as well but I was only given 5 rings which is pretty small.

I ordered delivery and I completely understand that food gets soggy and whatnot. ..this is NOT that. The burger was somewhat bland as well as the green chile cream sauce. The white White Truffle Parmesan Fries were just as bland. You could smell the truffle and Parmesan but the taste was not there. I am hoping it is just a one off since the menu seems very unique.
