The food was just not good. The Caesar salad didn't have enough dressing and barely any cheese, so tasteless. The carpaccio was mostly salad with 2 small pieces of beef and again barely any parm. The penne alla vodka had no flavor and little sauce and the gnocchi was doughy inside and stuck to my teeth. There wasn't any garnish on the pastas and no cheese. The lasagna was multiple layers of noodles and meat sauce, no cheese, ricotta or otherwise. The osso bucco was tasty but swimming in a pool of risotto, not one vegetable to be found. We spent $180 for 4 people and we've decided never to eat there again. We've eaten here in person many times and ordered through Door Dash during Covid and never experienced such poor food. It's as if there was no effort, just dump it into a container and get it out the door. Trio, you've just lost 4 people who will never set foot in your restaurant. Worse this was a birthday celebration and I recommended Trio. How disappointing.
