I have ordered the CARIBBEAN JERK CHICKEN wrap multiple times and all have been consistent. This time, the wrap did not taste good at all. The rice added in it had a dominate taste, which was unpleasant. the wrap was more gooey , which was due to the abundance of other wet ingredients. There was no balance in its preparation. The Apple Kale slaw that came with it was also very messy with a lot of dressing in it. again, no balance of ingredients. It appears the order was rushed through , which is disappointing. I would prefer the food I paid for , be prepared alot more effiencitly. The smoothies were made well , so props to the person making the drinks. The individual cooking the food needs a new role or for someone to circle back and re-train them because they clearly did not take notes.

Food was good but my smoothie was totally made incorrectly. I order this smoothie regularly and it tasted nothing like how it's supposed to. The smoothie lacked in color and taste.
