• DoorDash orderThe experience with this particular location is never excellence. Today we were missing straws and the extra sauce I paid for. Yesterday a smoothie was incorrect. Last week , they forgot a smoothie. Additionally, they do not put the stickers over the smoothies for protection like other locations. While it seems minor $50 in a smoothie order should not keep missing the minor yet necessary things.

• DoorDash reviewNormally I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe, however this location has quality issues. Their produce (especially lettuce) is not fresh. I had hoped it was an anomaly but I have now ordered from a here a few times hoping the quality would improve and it has not. You can't eat a wrap with brown lettuce! Management should take a look at what they're sending out the door.
