I am impressed that they deliver drinks with a secure (really secure!) lid that has a "plug" to help protect against leaks. The bags are beautiful and everything is presentable. The sakura milk tea with yogurt popball is so tasty. Genmai with red bean is very decadent and traditional. My family said they love pineapple cheese slushie with yogurt popball as well as the egg pudding. Such a good experience!

I do not like that they do not label their drinks. The reason is when you order five or six drinks you will not be able to tell them apart. They need to start labeling their drinks so you can tell the difference.
