Broth is great/rich, however chashu had an off/salty flavor. It gets expensive as a build-your-own mechanism. Green onion pancake not great, suggest Noodle Q for the best green onion pancake in town.

This ramen was DELICIOUS. Typically most places have a funky flavor, this was perfect, easy to order what I wanted, packaged perfectly and even came with a cute little plastic ramen spoon! (I'm sure it has a special Indic name that I do not know lol) LOVED IT

The Chasu fries with spicy miso (Large size) is very underwhelming barley anything it says large but more of a medium with barley any toppping

bowl arrived with no beef brisket or any substitute yet I was charged. couldn't reorder because they were closed by the time I got my order. first time having any issue with this store. normally food comes perfectly.
