my fajitas were corrected by an employee who went that extra mile to complete my order. it was amazing, the cheese dip was creamy and had a touch of spice. the fajitas were well cooked and flavorful! ty so much for going beyond when righting my order. it's really rare these days.

Chile Colorado was DELICIOUS! FINALLY, a Chile Colorado that wasn't spicy but yet, FULL OF FLAVOR! Chips were fresh, and Small Cheese Dip was still hot, as usual!! Keep up the amazing menu Tulum!! I'll be back!! 🤗

Tulum Cantina always gets it right! Chips and salsa are made fresh and the BIRRIA TACOS were delicious. Queso cup always arrives hot too! They never disappoint!

I had the Street Tacos (flour) with chicken. Deliciously seasoned and the tortillas tasted fresh! Only wish I had more limes, cilantro, and onion on the side to fill 4 tacos but it all tasted very fresh! The meal description failed to mention a side of chips was included. I had already added small chips and salsa to my order but now I know for next time. I'm DEFINITELY coming back for another fulfilling and satisfying meal!

The good: order My order arrived quickly. Cheese dip/chips/salsa were good but nothing special. I didn't realize rice and beans came with the fajitas because it wasn't mentioned on the menu, but I did receive them as well as the standard pico, lettuce and sour cream.
The not so good: I expected to receive tortillas, but didn't. I took pictures of the steak and chicken that came with the order-both had obviously been sitting under a heat lamp, were dry, no flavor, and the pieces/portions were so small. I attached pictures-they- were enough for one taco sized tortilla (that I had at home). Four small shrimp came in the order, but the seafood smell was overwhelming when I opened the container, so I was afraid to eat them. I ordered a side of guacamole and it may have been a tablespoon of store bought, not good guacamole.
Really disappointed!! Won't order from here again!
